Scullino is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can contact us about anything related to your data at contacto@scullino.ai.

We collect only the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: full name, email address, company, phone (optional), enquiry topic and message.

This site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling tools. We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of section 2 of Argentine Law 25.326.

We use your data for a single purpose: replying to your enquiry and, where applicable, continuing the commercial conversation that follows from it.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

To operate the site and our email we use infrastructure providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Resend (transactional email). These providers may process data on servers located outside Argentina.

We share your data with nobody else, other than at the request of a competent authority.

We retain enquiries for twenty-four months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or an active commercial relationship justifies keeping them for longer.

You may request access, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contacto@scullino.ai. We will respond within the timeframes set by Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data subjects are entitled to exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in section 14(3) of Law 25.326.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you entrust to us, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the last-updated date shown at the top of this page.
