Scullino works with few clients at a time because this kind of project happens inside the operation, not from a slide deck.
Scullino came out of a repeated observation: companies do not have an AI access problem, they have an implementation problem. The tools are available and getting cheaper. What is scarce is the judgement to decide what to automate, the discipline to measure it, and the patience to support the change in habits that follows.
We are a team of consultants with backgrounds in operations, data and product development. We do not sell our own software and we take no commission on third-party licences, so there is no commercial interest behind our technical recommendation.
We work from Buenos Aires with companies in Argentina and across Latin America, remotely, with on-site sessions during the discovery and training phases.

Who we work best with
We are not for everyone. The project works when these conditions hold.
- Companies of fifty to a thousand employees, with high-volume processes and some data structure in place.
- A sponsor with the authority to change the process, not only to buy a tool.
- Willingness to measure, even when the opening number is uncomfortable.
- A specific, expensive problem rather than a generic mandate to use more AI.
What we do not do
We do not sell licences
We hold no reseller agreements with software vendors. If a licence is needed, the client buys it directly and in their own name.
We do not ship orphan pilots
Everything we build ships with documentation, monitoring and somebody on the client side trained to run it.
Is a process costing you more than it should?
A thirty-minute call is usually enough to tell whether there is a case here. If there is not, we will say so.
